GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE :
 
Our general conditions of sale apply to all reservations, without exception, of a rental or bare pitch within Camping Le Bois joli located 2 rue de Châteauneuf, 85710 BOIS DE CÉNÉ, on our website https://www.camping-leboisjoli.com/ or by phone at 02 51 68 20 05 (price of a local call depending on operator), postal mail or electronic mail (emails). We ask that the customer read in detail our General Terms and Conditions of Sale below. By validating his reservation the customer undertakes to respect and complete adherence to our General Conditions of Sale. Camping Le Bois Joli reserves the right to modify them at any time. In any case, the version applicable to the customer will be the one he received when booking. The main information of our services as well as these general conditions of sale are indicated on our website: https://www.camping-leboisjoli.com/, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to choose and book one of our services. 
 
1. BOOKING 
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of payment of the deposit or as soon as an agreement is agreed with the campsite for a payment followed by a confirmation by email from us. All reservations must be accompanied by the reservation contract to be completed online on our website : Reservation contract , or by paper to be returned at our address Camping Le Bois Joli – 2 rue de Châteauneuf – 85710 BOIS DE CÉNÉ.
The reservation request must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the rental cost + management fees, non-refundable + optional cancellation guarantee, non-refundable. The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the campsite. The deposit will be deducted from the balance of the stay. The balance of the stay remains due in full to the campsite in case of cancellation of the stay.
For all bookings less than 30 days before arrival and for all short stays (1 to 5 nights ): the full amount of the stay will be required.
The rates applied are firm and correspond to those in force on the date of signature of the contract.

The reservation is nominative and personal, it is forbidden to sublet or assign the reservation to a third party. The signatory of the reservation contract must be of legal age, he will then be responsible for the equipment entrusted. Camping Le Bois Joli considers that any booking(s) of 3 or more accommodations and/or 12 or more people made by the same natural person or different natural persons but knowing each other and travelling together for the same reasons, on the same dates and on the same campsite is a group. Any group reservation request must be sent by email to the address contact@campingleboisjoli.fr or by phone to 02 51 68 20 05 (price of a local call according to operator) specifying that it is a group reservation request. The campsite reserves the right to study the request before accepting or refusing it. For reasons of safety (swimming pool, evacuation of the campsite in case of alert ...) and health (hospitalization ...), minors not accompanied by their legal representatives, within the meaning of Article 389 of the Civil Code, are not admitted. In addition, the campsite is not authorized, within the meaning of Decree 2002-883 of 3 May 2002, to ensure collective or individual stays outside the family home of minors under 18 years of age, not accompanied by one of their legal representatives. As for minors accompanied by their legal representatives, they are placed under the sole responsibility of the latter and must under no circumstances be left unattended within the campsite (including water park). The cleaning of the rental is the responsibility of the tenant. The decision to accept the reservation depends on the campsite only, this agreement can be canceled at any time in case of non-compliance with the campsite's internal regulations. And without any refund.

Use of the site: The customer guarantees to the company Camping Le Bois Joli that he is of legal age, legally capable and has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him during the validation of his order. Access and use of this site are authorized for the sole purpose of booking stays with Camping Le Bois Joli. The customer agrees to use this site responsibly, in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as local laws and regulations, including import-export rules. Without exception, no part of the content of the site may be used as a trademark or service mark, for the purpose of pornographic, illegal, defamatory use, to infringe the privacy or public life of anyone, or to infringe any intellectual property right, name, trademark or service, or other intellectual property rights of any company. 
 

Rentals: Rentals are rented and insured for a number of people and length of stay determined in advance. Once validated, this information is firm. For insurance and security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation (depending on rental) or the pitch (6 people). OBLIGATION TO DECLARE THE NAMES AND AGES OF THE STAY PARTICIPANTS (including children and babies). Any change in the number of people or participants must be reported to reception BEFORE your arrival and will only be validated after receiving approval from the campsite. In the event of people not registered on the reservation contract but present during the stay a supplement of €12/additional person/day will be required (subject to not exceeding the maximum capacity of the accommodation in which case the campsite is entitled to deny access). Any inaccurate declaration on the reservation form, in particular the number of people declared for the duration of the stay, will result in the immediate interruption of the stay and all sums paid will remain with the campsite.

Capacity: Mobile homes in the “Privilege 2 bedrooms” range are subject to a supplement of €12.00/person/night for the 5th and 6th person. Mobile homes in the “Privilege 3 bedrooms” range are subject to a supplement of €12.00/person/night for the 7th and 8th person. These supplements apply in the case of rental during low periods (April 6, 2024 to July 6, 2024 and from August 31, 2024 to September 29, 2024)

 
Pitch: The same conditions apply. It is strongly recommended to indicate the dimensions of your tent or caravan. Thecampsite will not be held responsible for changes in dimensions between the date of booking and arrival on the campsite and the impossibility of settling on site if the size of the equipment has not been not been informed.
It is up to the customer to check the accuracy of his reservation and to report any error to the campsite. In case of modifications of the reservation, they will be made within the limits of availability and feasibility.
Under no circumstances will the tenant be able to allow himself the right to stay within the campsite after the end of the rental period.
Communication media are non-contractual. Any document other than these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, (in particular catalogues, prospectuses, advertisements, brochures, posters, notices) has only an informative and indicative value, not contractual. The plans and photos of the rental accommodation are given for illustrative purposes. The layout and characteristics of the parts may vary from one model to another. It is advisable to refer to the written description of the development available on the accommodation section of the campsite website in order to know the exact composition of each type of rental accommodation. For any questions, our reception team is at your disposal at 02.51.68.20.05 (price of a local call according to operator).
It may happen that some activities and facilities offered by the campsite (directly or through service providers) such as wifi or elements of the water park, appearing in the description are deleted. Especially for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure, or do not work, especially in the front and late season. The responsibility of the campsite can not be engaged. The Campsite will inform the customer of any work / hazards / developments undertaken during the stay.
 
2. VACAF LABELLING
We are labeled VACAF. In no case are we attached to the VACAF service. We are independent and work in partnership with VACAF services. We take care of registering and validating the AVF (Family Holiday Allowance) via the internet and the VACAF service (depending on available funds). Important: Communicate your beneficiary number at the time of booking as well as your postal code otherwise your file can not be processed. We are not responsible for your eligibility for AVF or AVS. It is up to the customer to pay, according to one of the payment methods indicated in the article Terms of payment, the amount of the balance of his stay at least 30 days before his arrival. In the absence of payment within this period, the campsite reserves the right to consider the reservation as cancelled and the terms of the article Cancellation conditions will apply. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the full amount of the stay 100% including the share of the AVF or AVS will be required.
 
3. PREFERENCES
The campsite does not guarantee special requests made during a reservation (pitch number , placement preference or other ...). When you book, a pitch number is assigned to you electronically according to the optimization of our planning by our software. However, this pitch number is not contractual and will not be communicated to you before your arrival. The location of your mobile home is only final on the day of your arrival on the campsite.
 
4. TOURIST TAX
The tourist taxes instituted by the Municipality (i.e. 0.45 € / adult / day) are not included in our rates. They are collected per person over 18 years of age and per day, throughout the opening period of the campsite.
 
5. PAYMENT TERMS
For the payment of the deposit and balance of your stay: we accept payments by Credit Card, ANCV Holiday Vouchers, Bank Check, Bank Transfer and Postal Order. Bank checks payable to Camping Le Bois Joli are no longer accepted less than 45 days before the beginning of the stay or on site. For bank transfers, a copy of the transfer must be sent to the campsite and must mention the reservation number.
For payments in instalments: are accepted only payments by checks and direct debits . A written agreement on the duration and amount of the monthly payments is established between the campsite and the customer. 
Any non-payment will result in a late payment penalty that will be added to your next withdrawals. In case of late payment and after 3 reminders from the campsite, the reservation will be canceled and the entire stay will be due (including the share of the AVF).
Additional information on credit card payments : Credit cards, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard are accepted. American Express cards are not accepted. The transaction is immediately debited from the Customer's credit card after verification of its data. In accordance with Article L.132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay and give by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By communicating the information relating to his credit card, whether online or by phone, the customer authorizes the campsite to debit his credit card for the amount of the deposit or the entire stay. To this end, the customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on his bank card is indeed his.
On-site payments: at the campsite are accepted only payments by credit card (mentioned above), cash, ANCV holiday vouchers. Cheques are not accepted on site.
 
6. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND Partner benefits
Promotional offers are subject to certain conditions and are not cumulative with each other or retroactive unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers cannot be applied to a booking that has already been paid for in whole or in part. On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, guests have paid different prices. Customers who have paid the highest price will not be able to benefit from a refund of the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price. To benefit from a partner advantage, the customer must justify the benefit of said advantage in accordance with the provisions provided with the campsite. The holders of the partner benefits must imperatively be holders of the stay. The campsite will check the applicability of the offer. In case of fraud, the amount of the discount will be claimed from the customer.
 
7. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to benefit from the reimbursement of the costs of stay (according to the general conditions of the insurance – the management fees of the establishment and the amount of the cancellation insurance are non-refundable ). This insurance is optional and represents 4% of the cost of the stay (excluding management fees and tourist tax). The complete general cancellation conditions are available on request or can be consulted online on campez couvert or on the campsite's website in the cancellation insurance  section.
In case of cancellation by the customer or no-show no refund will be possible by the campsite since the latter has proposed the subscription to the cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the amount of the stay will be due to the campsite as well as the registered reservation fees. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the full amount of the stay (100% including the share of the AVF) will be required. The cancellation invoice will only be given to the customer after full payment of the cancellation fee (30% or 100% depending on the explanation above). 
Right of withdrawal: The consumer does not have a right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code which provides that: The right of withdrawal be exercised for contracts: 12 Services accommodation, other than residential accommodation , goods transportation services, car rental, catering or leisure activities that are to be provided on a specified date or period'.
 
8. ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES:
Upon arrival at the campsite please check in at the reception before 7:00PM. Pitches : arrivals are between 02:00PM and 07:00PM and departure before 12: 00. 
Rentals: in low season, arrivals are between 03:00PM and 07:00PM and departure before 10:00AM (without appointment). In season, arrivals are between 03:30PM and 07:00PM and departure before 10:00AM (without appointment)
In case of late arrival , please notify us before 6pm at 02 51 68 20 05 : in the absence of a message, the location becomes vacant 24 hours after the date of arrival mentioned in the contract.
No arrivals will be accepted after 9pm. In case of late arrival it will be necessary to present yourself the next morning at the reception for check-in, otherwise we will not be able to accept your stay on the campsite. No reduction or refund will be granted in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
 
9. STATE OF PLAY
Upon arrival on the campsite the inventory is carried out by the customer. Any problem related to the accommodation (missing object , breakage, cleanliness) must be reported in writing and deposited at the reception during the day.
Departure is without inventory no later than 10am, the keys must be returned before 10am at the reception or in the box provided for this purpose at the entrance of the reception.
Departure without inventory: After your departure, the members of our cleaning team will check the good general condition and the good state of cleanliness of the rental and will give their agreement to the destruction of your security deposit (check or credit card number ) a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your deposit check can be returned to you by mail, in this case thank you for providing us with a stamped envelope.
 
10. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT (deposit)
Its amount is €300 for rentals and €150 for bare pitches. This security deposit constitutes our insurance for the respect of the rental installation entrusted to you, the state of cleanliness in which you will return the accommodation to us on your departure, the respect of the instructions not to smoke inside the rentals, compliance with the internal regulations: noise pollution in particular. This security deposit does not constitute a limit of liability and may be cashed to meet the costs of repairs to the rental if necessary. The retention of the security deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount thereof. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant: this cleaning involves leaving the washable mattress pads clean on the beds and pillows (do not remove the covers), wiping the furniture; shake the cushions and mattresses to remove the sand, clean the microwave, gas hobs, coffee maker, refrigerator (defrost it the day before your departure if necessary), leave the dishes clean and tidy, completely clean the bathroom (sink, shower and WC), sweep and clean the floor, leave the garden furniture clean and tidy, deposit your garbage bags in the room provided for this purpose, and leave the surroundings of the mobile home clean. On your departure if these instructions are not respected, the cost of the cleaning fee will be requested (150€). After your departure, the members of our cleaning team will check the general good condition and cleanliness of the rental and will agree to the destruction of your security deposit (check or credit card number). Your deposit check may be returned to you by post, in which case please provide us with a stamped envelope.
Insects: Before it was rented, the rental accommodation was regularly cleaned. During the stay, it is the customers who are responsible for this maintenance. If , despite the efforts and regular maintenance of the accommodation, the tenant notices the presence of unwanted insects ( such as spiders or ants), he It is up to him, either to do what is necessary, or to warn the campsite so that it does the necessary. If, despite the efforts of the operator, the problem is not fully solved, and this taking into account in particular the configuration of the premises, the operator declines all responsibility and it will be up to the tenant to use, if necessary, certain repellents, for example to repel mosquitoes, bedbugs ...
 
11. COMPLAINTS AND COMPUTER DATA 
Claims will only be considered if they are dated and signed, accurate and relating to recent facts.
In accordance with the RGPD and our privacy policy you authorize the campsite to keep your contact details in order to send you commercial information and in order to facilitate the management of your reservation. Your data is kept for 3 years. Under no circumstances will your personal data be transmitted to third parties, they will remain strictly confidential and used by the campsite staff only. In case of refusal, simply inform us by mail to Camping Le Bois Joli, 2 Rue de Châteauneuf, 85710 Bois de Céné indicating your name, first name and address.
CONSUMER MEDIATION: In accordance with the provisions of Article L 612-1 of the Consumer Code , any customer of the campsite has the right to have recourse free of charge to a mediator of consumption with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute between it and the operator of the land. 12. IMAGE RIGHTS 
You authorize without compensation the campsite Le Bois Joli to use photos and videos of you and all the participants in this stay, for advertising purposes of the campsite (brochure, internet ...), without limitation of duration. Otherwise, please fill out the following certificate: I, the undersigned..........................., do not authorize the campsite to reproduce, publish, edit or represent my image and that of all participants appear in this contract, for its advertising purposes. 13. LIABILITY 
Le Bois Joli campsite cannot be held liable in the event of:
 > theft, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, during or following a stay 
> fire, bad weather or other incidents falling under the civil responsibility of campers
> breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, breakdown or closure of facilities 
> damage caused or suffered by residents' vehicles and circulating within the campsite.   
The tenant is required to cover his civil liability by insurance, a certificate may be requested on arrival. You are reminded that swimming in the campsite swimming pool remains the sole responsibility of the parents or guardians. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Although the Campsite makes its best effort to maintain an operational service, it cannot offer any guarantee as to the continuity of access to its website and therefore declines all responsibility for any direct and/or indirect damage caused by reason of the impossibility of accessing it in whole or in part or which may arise from the use of the service by an Internet user. Under no circumstances can the campsite be held liable for any damage resulting from a loss of data, and for the campsite having been informed of any risk whatsoever concerning the use or operation of the site, or even for the impossibility of providing the stays that the customer orders from the campsite, including without limitation, damage resulting from error, omission, virus, delay or interruption of service. Similarly, the campsite cannot be held criminally or civilly liable for the consequences resulting from inappropriate or unauthorized use of the website or its content by users or any other third party.
The campsite cannot be held responsible, due to the communication by any third party, of photographs of which they have declared to have the rights, of false, misleading or erroneous information which would be mentioned in their catalogs or on their websites concerning the campsite, and in particular the presentation photos, the qualifiers, the activities, the leisures, the services and the dates of operation.
The campsite cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the contract concluded, in the event of fault on the part of the customer, in the event of force majeure or even due to the fact, unforeseeable and insurmountable, of a third party unrelated to the supply services provided for in the contract. In any case, in the event that the campsite is found liable for any reason whatsoever, any possible compensation will be limited to the amount of the stay.
 
 14. INDOOR LIFE: 
Wearing the wristband is compulsory
Swimming pools: Unsupervised, children remain under the supervision of their parents. Due to the strict hygiene rules imposed by the ARS, swimming shorts, underwear, coveralls and long clothing are not allowed in the pools. For men, only swimming trunks and boxers are allowed and for women, only one-piece or two-piece swimsuits are allowed. To respect this place and the quality of the water, it is forbidden to enter it with shoes, food, balls, air mattresses, radios and cigarettes.
Children's playgrounds: Children are under the responsibility and supervision of their parents. Playgrounds are closed from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Television: the campsite is not responsible for interference with the reception of television channels.
Animals: Your pet (less than 10kg / 1 animal per pitch or accommodation) is accepted on a leash at all times, never alone or in the rental or on the pitch and on presentation of an up-to-date vaccination record. Identification is mandatory. 1st and 2nd category dogs are strictly prohibited. Necessities must be done outside the campsite and accidents will have to be picked up. For obvious reasons of hygiene, they are not allowed in the rental rooms, the entertainment room and the aquatic area.
Cleanliness: The entire team remains vigilant in terms of hygiene for your well-being as well as the aesthetics of the campsite and its equipment: please respect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the camp. Parents must keep their children under their supervision, accompany them and help them in the toilets, in the showers and prevent them from playing in the toilet blocks. Children should never be alone, especially in swimming pools, sanitary facilities and play areas. Cigarette butts should not be thrown on the ground but in the bins provided for this purpose. We ask you to be self-sufficient in water. It is your duty to keep the common areas clean.
Garbage cans: Put your garbage bags in the room at the entrance to the campsite. Be vigilant about selective sorting, deposit your glass bottles, packaging and magazines in the containers provided for this purpose.
Safety: Electrical appliances (plancha, barbecue, etc.) are prohibited. Only barbecues and gas planchas are authorized.
Silence: Silence must be total between midnight and 7 a.m. Vehicle traffic is limited to 10 km/h and is prohibited in the campsite between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. (the access barriers are closed between these times). In case of noise or nuisance, those responsible will be expelled without reimbursement.
Visitors: They are welcome under the responsibility of their hosts, they are asked to report to reception and pay, if necessary, the fee provided. In all cases, their vehicles must park outside the campsite
Electric car: It is not possible to charge your electric car on your pitch or within the campsite, as no equipment is provided for this purpose.
 
15. THE RULES OF PROCEDURE: 
Each tenant agrees to read and respect the rules of procedure that are posted at the entrance of the campsite. This regulation has been established, under the aegis of the Ministry of Tourism, with the partnership of the Directorate of Competition and Fraud Control, the FFCC, representing users, and the FNHPA, representing the profession.
