We have adopted an eco-responsible approach at Le Bois Joli campsite in Vendée, because we are aware of the value of our planet. Here's how we get involved:
- Natural maintenance of the lagoon: Our lagoon is preserved in a natural way thanks to a sand filter system. This allows us to maintain a healthy ecosystem and limit the use of chemicals.
- Water-saving showers: In our sanitary facilities we use water-saving showers. Tokens are programmed for 10 minutes per day and are reset every 24 hours. This encourages our campers to use water responsibly.
- Selective sorting: We actively encourage selective sorting on our campsite. Sorting bins are available, with explanatory posters, inside the accommodation and throughout the campsite. We want our holidaymakers to adopt good waste sorting practices to reduce our environmental impact.
- The Donation Hut: We have set up a "Donation Hut" where our campers can deposit objects that they no longer need, but which are still in good condition and can be reused. This initiative encourages recycling and gives new life to objects.
By adopting these eco-responsible measures, we want to contribute to the preservation of our environment and make our campers aware of respectful gestures towards nature. We are proud of our commitment to sustainability and we encourage our visitors to participate in this approach during their stay at Le Bois Joli Vendée campsite.
